Kara shares with us the invisible forces that play throughout the wedding planning process and can reveal themselves on a wedding day. Not only does it affect the couples and their families but also the wedding vendors too! Kara shares her advice on how we can set good boundaries with clients and practice energy management to avoid burnout. A little bit about Kara is a bridal coach who helps brides gracefully navigate wedding drama so they can have stronger relationships with those who matter most. She has a Masters's Degree in social work and Life Coaching Certification from Martha Bleck Inc who happens to be Oprah’s life coach too!
