1 - Acrylic Monitor Stand - This is new for me and such a game-changer. Not only is my monitor at the correct eye level but I get to properly store ( and hide!) all of my extras on my desk without losing any space. Wow, I’m so glad I found out about this super cute clear acrylic monitor stand.
2 - Amazon Echo Dot 3 - Ok, I’ll admit it, I was VERY late to the “Alexa” game but now that I’ve accepted that I need Alexa in my life, I can’t imagine not having her there with me. I ask her to play my favorite music, podcasts, and news briefings while I’m editing my images. I ask her about the weather every morning, she lets me know when my Amazon packages arrive, and so much more. I’m sorry I took so long to jump on board! I also use the Amazon Smart Plug to turn on our lights now too!
3 - Hard Silver Mouse Pad + Magic Grips for Apple Mouse - Ever since I finished Kati Rivera’s Efficient and Consistent Editing Method Online Course, I am OBSESSED with my new metal mouse pad and Magic Grips for my Apple Mouse. It’s such a world of difference now when I’m editing and using my mouse in general. I highly HIGHLY recommend both items for a smoother and more comfortable mouse experience. Also, Kati’s Course is INSANELY helpful for ANY photographer who edits in Lightroom. It’s a quick 2-hour course with so much helpful information. It’s 100% worth the investment and your time!
4 - Acrylic Pen Holder + Pens - Clear items on my desk makes my mini Parson’s Desk from West Elm feel much bigger than it is. I filled my new pen holder with this Inspirational Quote Pens from Sweet Water Decor.
5 - Rifle Paper Notebooks - I am obsessed with just about everything Rifle Paper Co. produces and especially love their notebooks almost to the point that I DON’T use them because they are so pretty. Well, most of the time! But I love this bright floral notebook and I keep it on my desk and use it to keep track of my daily tasks and notes from client calls.
6 - Acrylic File Folder & Folders - Is there anything they can’t make out of Acrylic? I love this clear file folder because I can see my Make Things Happen File Folders. They are motivational, functional, and of course, pretty!!
